Background
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge located in Milton, Delaware. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and attractive workplace that enhances public relations and the overall appearance of the facility.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing janitorial services at the refuge. Key tasks include:
- Providing all necessary personnel, supervision, and transportation for effective service delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with all performance standards outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW).
- Conducting weekly tasks and deliverables as specified in the SOW.
- Performing inspections and reporting on service quality.
- Utilizing government-provided supplies and equipment where applicable.

Period of Performance
The contract has a base period of performance from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026, with options to extend for up to four additional years through option years that can be exercised annually.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge located at 12322 Turkle Pond Road, Milton, Delaware.
