Ddsp Uninterrupted Power Supply Repair Services (One Time)

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution is seeking to establish a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for the repair of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units at DLA Distribution Susquehanna, PA. This contract aims to ensure the operational integrity of UPS systems that are critical for maintaining safety and functionality during power interruptions, thereby supporting the agency's mission to provide logistics support for the Department of Defense.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for repairing three UPS units located in Building 2001 at DLA Distribution Susquehanna. The specific tasks include:

1. Restoring full operation of three UPS units:
- Trystar Serial # ELU-02636, Model # ELU JJX – 12.5KW-1N00, located at Substation 8
- Trystar Serial # ELU-02629, Model # ELU JJX – 3KW-1N00, located at Substation 7
- Trystar Serial # ELU-02633, Model # ELU JJX – 10KW-1N00, located at Substation 6.

2. Replacing UPS batteries with specified models:
- For Serial # ELU-02636: Replace with 10x Deka 31HR5000 or equivalent.
- For Serial # ELU-02629: Replace with 10x Deka U1HR1500 or equivalent.
- For Serial # ELU-02633: Replace with 10x Deka HR3500 or equivalent.

3. Troubleshooting each unit to identify failed components and repairing or replacing faulty equipment to restore full operation. All used parts must be disposed of properly after the work is completed.

All work will be conducted at DLA Distribution Susquehanna, specifically in Building 2001, New Cumberland, PA.
