Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of an Aerial Ladder Truck for DLA Distribution Susquehanna, Pennsylvania (DDSP). The goal of this contract is to establish a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to meet the operational needs of the agency. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and it is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of an Aerial Ladder Truck, classified under Product Service Code (PSC) 2320 – Trucks and Truck Tractors, Wheeled. The specific requirements include:
- Delivery Address: DLA Distribution Susquehanna, PA (DDSP), Engine 69, Fire Department, New Cumberland, PA 17070.
- The contractor must provide technical capability submissions that meet the specifications outlined in the Schedule of Supplies and Attachment 2. These submissions will be evaluated to ensure compliance with technical drawings and measurements.
- Acceptable Proof of Delivery documents must include: Shipping Documentation; Materials Inspection and Receiving Report (DD250), Bill of Lading, Packing List, Tracking/Delivery Confirmation or Invoice. Documentation must include Contract Number or Original Document Number, Delivery Order Number (if applicable), CLIN/MATERIAL Number, specific quantity shipped in reference to quantity ordered, and printed name and written signature of a government employee.
