DDE REP/DEP NSS Catering FY26   2

Background
The United States Army War College (USAWC) is issuing this non-personal services contract to provide catering services for the National Security-Resident Education Program (NSS-REP) and National Security-Distance Education Program (NSS-DEP) hosted by the USAWC Commandant in June 2026.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that all necessary catering services are provided for civilian, military, and international personnel attending these programs.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform catering services for lunches and dinners as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Specific tasks include:
1. Providing food and beverages for NSS-REP from June 1 to June 3, 2026, and for NSS-DEP from June 22 to June 24, 2026.
2. Supplying food service/display items, decorations, table linens, eating and serving cutlery, plates, cups/glasses, and napkins as required.
3. Ensuring that meals meet the standards set forth in the contract.
4. Maintaining an adequate workforce at all times for uninterrupted performance of tasks when the facility is open.

Period of Performance
From June 1, 2026 to September 1, 2026.

Carlisle Barracks, Carlisle, PA.
