The Contractor shall provide all professional, technical, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment for the Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, and Assessing our Fire Alarm system/apparatus per NFPA 25&72.

Background
The District of Columbia Courts (DCC) is seeking contractors to provide Fire Alarm Life Safety Maintenance and Repair Services. This initiative is part of the Capital Projects and Facilities Management Division's efforts to ensure the safety and compliance of fire alarm systems within court facilities. The goal is to maintain, inspect, and assess the fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA 25 and 72 standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all professional, technical supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the inspection, testing, maintenance, and assessment of fire alarm systems as per NFPA 25 & 72. The services will be provided at a firm-fixed monthly rate for fire alarm system/apparatus. Specific requirements include:
- Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance services as per NFPA standards.
- Firm-fixed monthly rates for all-inclusive services governed by NFPA guidelines.
- Equipment/Apparatus repairs on a firm-fixed direct hourly labor rate basis.
- Pricing components include:
- Monthly rates for inspection and maintenance services.
- Direct hourly labor rates for repair services based on time and materials.
- All costs for materials must be based on current RS Means cost estimating data or other recognized references.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations managed by the District of Columbia Courts.
