DCSA Request for Information Audio Visual Refresh at Slippery Rock, PA

Background
The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for an Audio Visual (AV) Refresh at Slippery Rock, PA. This RFI is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP. The purpose of this RFI is to seek information on potential contractors that possess the capabilities to fulfill the AV Refresh requirement and to seek feedback from industry.

Work Details
The requirement is to complete an AV refresh in five classrooms at the Slippery Rock training facility. This includes installation of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), procurement and installation of A/V equipment, A/V equipment training, and delivery of a functional/operational A/V system in all five classrooms. The tasks that the contractor shall be required to complete include installing projectors with mounts, providing and installing Crestron NVX AV over IP distribution system, providing and installing Crestron control touch panel, cabling support equipment, providing and installing AV/USB bridge, providing and installing a Biamp TesiraForte Server IO, providing and installing a Shure MXA920 beamforming ceiling microphone array, wireless handheld microphones, wireless lavalier microphones, Canon CR-N100 4K PTZ camera, Canon CR-N300 camera, programming Crestron NVX AV over IP distribution system to interface with installed equipment/touch panels, and providing on-site/in-person training to government personnel on systems operation.
