DCSA Industrial Security (IS) Senior Leadership Training

Background
The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is seeking information on sources capable of providing senior leadership training for its Industrial Security (IS) division. The goal of this training is to equip senior leaders, including Senior Executive Service (SES), GG-15, and supervisory GG-14 personnel, with the skills necessary to develop an integrated action plan for the future success of the IS organization.

This initiative is part of DCSA's ongoing efforts to adapt to changing mission requirements as the agency matures and develops.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a two-day leadership training program that includes:
1. Details on the leadership training content for each day, aligned with the desired outcomes of assessing DCSA's capacity for strategic execution and identifying key levers for performance breakthroughs.
2. A venue for the training that meets specific requirements including location, capacity, capability, and amenities.
3. Daily break packages that include two coffee breaks with light snacks and water in both the morning and afternoon sessions.
4. Information on nearby dining options that are within walking distance (no more than 0.2 miles) or accessible via a free shuttle service.
5. A capabilities statement outlining how the vendor can meet these requirements, along with any additional pertinent information.

Place of Performance
The training venue must be located in proximity to restaurants (within walking distance – no more than 5 minutes or 0.2 miles) or provide a free shuttle service to a larger restaurant area.
