DCMA Sources Sought for information technology (IT) needs (HZ)

Over the course of fiscal years (FY) 2018 - 2019, DCMA will transition re-competitions of existing IT service contracts from the DCMA Procurement Center to DISA/DITCO-NCR for cradle-to-grave contracting support. This Sources Sought Announcement will assist the Government in completing market research for the first increment of IT service contracts projected to transition to DISA/DITCO-NCR in early FY18. The IT service contracts included in the first increment include, but are not limited to, the following:

DCMA Information Technology Field Services Support (ITF)
DCMA Information Technology Operations Center Support (ITO)
DCMA Application & Database Support
DCMA Infrastructure & Integration Support

SOURCES SOUGHT:
The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for these requirements is 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services, with the corresponding size standard of $27.5M. This Sources Sought Synopsis is requesting responses to the following criteria ONLY from HUBZone small businesses that can provide the required services under the NAICS Code.
To assist DISA/DITCO-NCR in making a determination regarding the level of participation by small business in any subsequent procurement that may result from this Sources Sought Announcement, you are also encouraged to provide information regarding your plans to use joint venturing (JV) or partnering to meet each of the requirements areas contained herein. . You should provide information on how you would envision your company's areas of expertise and those of any proposed JV/partner would be combined to meet the specific requirements contained in this announcement.

In order to make a determination for a HUBZone Small Business set-aside, two or more qualified and capable HUBZone Small Businesses must submit responses that demonstrate their qualifications. Responses must demonstrate the company's ability to perform in accordance with the Limitations on Subcontracting clause (FAR 52.219-14).

Please note that marketing brochures/materials will not be considered. The vendor's response must address the required capabilities cited in this announcement.
