Background
The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) at the Pease Air National Guard Base (ANGB) in Newington, NH, is seeking a contractor to perform restoration work following water damage caused by a plumbing leak. The leak has been repaired, and mold remediation has been completed; however, the space requires restoration to be usable. The goal of this contract is to restore the affected areas to their original condition, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
- Repair and replace drywall;
- Replace missing insulation;
- Replace damaged drop ceiling tiles;
- Replace damaged and missing carpet tile;
- Paint walls as directed;
- Construct a new partition wall as specified in the attached drawings and Performance Work Statement (PWS).
