Background
The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Cost and Pricing Regional Command is planning to hold a symposium within a 50-mile radius of Dulles International Airport (IAD) for approximately 230 attendees. The symposium will require lodging, meals, conference rooms, audiovisual equipment, and IT support.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide lodging, meals, conference rooms, audiovisual equipment, and IT support for the DCMA Cost and Pricing Regional Command Training Conference. This includes providing a dedicated hard wire static IP address and complying with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must also offer airport shuttle services, local commuter daily conference fees, conference materials receipt and storage, and seminar automation support that complies with 508 standards. Additionally, the contractor must maintain a Quality Control Plan for internal quality control in the execution of the requirement.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from September 18-22, 2023.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed within a 50-mile radius of Dulles International Airport (IAD).
