DCF3 PROJECTION SYSTEM

Background
The contract is issued by the 502nd Contracting Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Lackland, TX. The mission is to enhance the audio-visual capabilities in the Basic Military Training (BMT) classrooms by installing a comprehensive projection system. The goal of the contract is to provide all necessary equipment and services for the installation of audio-visual classroom equipment in sixteen classrooms, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and Air Force facility requirements.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, cabling, supplies, tools, materials, and non-personal services necessary to install audio-visual classroom equipment in sixteen classrooms. The installed system must operate independently without reliance on network connectivity. Key specifications include:
- Installation of sound equipment, projectors, wall ports, and associated cabling.
- Equipment must be new and compliant with industry standards.
- Functional testing upon completion and operational demonstration required.

Specific Equipment Requirements:
- 16 Turret Frames (140 CFM, 28.31 in depth, 12 Rack Units, 162 lbs)
- 16 Lecterns (High-Pressure Laminate finish, black color, dimensions: 39" height x 33" width x 31" depth)
- 16 Storage Drawers (7 inches deep)
- 16 Document Camera Drawers (integrates with lecterns)
- Custom Panels with cutouts for lecterns (7.56 in depth)

The contractor is responsible for user training and providing operating instructions to staff members. Warranty support after installation is also required.
