The Contractor shall procure and deliver two (2) 5WR -33 x 117-08D12AL Chilled Water Coils to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, DC, Facility. Replacement coils are needed to ensure efficient cooling and dehumidification, precise temperature regulation, energy efficiency, sustainability, and improve air quality control to the production directorate and offices, as well as the reliability and longevity of the overall bureau AHU systems.

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is a component of the Department of the Treasury that prints U.S. currency and other security products. The BEP is located in Washington, D.C., and is approximately 1.4 million square feet in area, serving as a combined production and administrative facility.

The goal of this contract is to procure replacement coils to ensure efficient cooling and dehumidification, precise temperature regulation, energy efficiency, sustainability, and improved air quality control within the bureau's facilities.

Work Details
The Contractor shall procure and deliver two (2) units of 5WR -33 x 117-08D12AL Chilled Water Coils to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Washington, DC. Specific requirements include:
- Tagged: A9-4 CW coil top/bot
- Estimated dry weight: 665 lbs. each
- Tubes: 0.625" OD x 0.020" Wall Copper
- Fins: 0.006" Corrugated Aluminum
- Casing: 16 Gauge T304 Stainless Steel
