Description

This PWS describes the Subject Matter Expert (SME) services required to support the DCAPES Capability Development Team. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Mission Support Systems Division (AFLCMC/GBB), War Planning and Execution Systems (WPES) Product Line (AFLCMC/GBBZ), Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution System (DCAPES) Capability Delivery Team (CDT) at Maxwell Air Force Base-Gunter Annex, Alabama has a requirement for subject matter expert services to assist the government DCAPES CDT with acquisition management responsibilities, and programmatic insight and oversight. These services include Program Management Office functions such as acquisition management, program analysis, document creation and management. Key areas for consideration or engagement may include (but are not limited to) acquisition management, program management, functional and technical collaboration, engineering, logistics, and contracting. Support will include collecting, analyzing, and reporting program-specific data and project information in order to perform timely analyses to support GBBZ management and decision-making. Core acquisition management and support services include data collection, assessments, evaluations, development of recommendations, conducting reviews, studies, and analysis of acquisition, and programmatic documentation.
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Mission Support Systems Division (AFLCMC/GBB), War Planning and Execution Systems (WPES) Product Line (AFLCMC/GBBZ) at Maxwell Air Force Base-Gunter Annex, Alabama is seeking subject matter expert services to support the Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution System (DCAPES) Capability Delivery Team (CDT). The services required include acquisition management responsibilities, programmatic insight and oversight, and Program Management Office functions such as acquisition management, program analysis, document creation, and management. The contractor will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting program-specific data and project information to support decision-making by GBBZ management. Key areas of engagement may include acquisition management, program management, collaboration, engineering, logistics, and contracting. The contract has a base year from April 20, 2024, to April 19, 2025, with three option years available for extension. The place of performance is Maxwell Air Force Base-Gunter Annex in Alabama.
