Description

Sources Sought Notice for P-409, Design-Bid-Build, Underwater Launch Test Facility, Crane, Indiana
Background
The Sources Sought Notice is issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) which is responsible for the planning, design, and construction of shore facilities for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. The goal of this contract is to gather information from potential contractors capable of performing the Design-Bid-Build (DBB) project for the Underwater Launch Test Facility (ULTF) at Crane, Indiana.
