- August 8, 2024 Backup site visit date in case the August 7, 2024 visit does not occur.

Background
The U.S. Navy, through NAVFAC, is issuing this solicitation for the DBB Multiple Facility & Infrastructure Project at Lombrum Naval Base, located on Los Negros Island, Papua New Guinea.

The mission of this project is to enhance the operational capabilities of the naval base by constructing essential facilities. The goal is to provide a Small Boat & Bosun Facility and a Regional Maritime Training Center, ensuring that the infrastructure meets modern standards and operational requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete construction of two primary facilities: 1) Small Boat & Bosun Facility (SBBF) and 2) Regional Maritime Training Center (RMTC).

The work includes all related tasks as specified in the attached drawings and specifications. The project is structured as a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) contract and requires adherence to NAVFAC specifications and conditions outlined in Parts B and C of the solicitation package.
