The Multiple Award Construction Contract is designed to provide a flexible, competitive, and responsive contractual capability to perform design build and bid-build construction work at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. The purpose of the MACC is to supplement the construction program. The MACC is suited for work in the general construction category to include maintenance, repair, alterations, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, paving, and earthwork. Work may involve renovation projects as well as new construction of buildings or facilities to include some or all of the elements of work above.

Background
The Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) is designed to provide a flexible, competitive, and responsive contractual capability to perform design-build and bid-build construction work at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. The purpose of the MACC is to supplement the construction program. The MACC is suited for work in the general construction category to include maintenance, repair, alterations, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, paving, and earthwork. Work may involve renovation projects as well as new construction of buildings or facilities to include some or all of the elements of work above.

Work Details
The MACC is intended to cover both the Tucson and Phoenix metropolitan areas. The total MACC Program shall not exceed a ceiling of $350 Million over the performance period. Contract performance is one 60 month base period, followed by two 12 month option periods. This is a competitive Small Business Administration 8(a) Set-Aside. Five (5) awards will be made, with five (5) additional contractors being selected for potential on-boarding.

Period of Performance
Contract performance consists of one 60-month base period followed by two 12-month option periods.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Davis-Monthan AFB and Luke AFB for the entire performance of the contract.
