Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is include Attachment 3 - Wage Determinations and Attachment 4 - Questions and Answers. Update and reduce the length of fencing requested by 5,107 ft. From 13,116 ft to 8,009 ft. Changes to documents are in red. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain the same.

Davis-Monthan AFB are requesting fencing rental in accordance with the performance work statement. Delivery and Pick-up will be at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, AZ. Please see the attached documents for further information. Quotes submitted should contain your company's letterhead, contact information, price breakdown, price total, and SAM information(UEI, Cage, Business Name).

This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 532490 with a size standard of $40M.

Background
Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB) is seeking to procure fencing rental services for the 2025 Thunder and Lightning Over Arizona air show. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary fencing to ensure safety and organization during the event. This procurement is a small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System Code 532490, with a size standard of $40 million.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items necessary to deliver and pick up fencing rental services at DMAFB. The specific requirements include:

1. Rental of 13,117 linear feet of bicycle fencing (6.5 ft sections) in good working condition that can stand upright without external assistance.
2. Delivery of all rental fencing materials by March 18, 2025, to BAMA Park.
3. Pickup of all rental materials no later than March 25, 2025, at BAMA Park.
4. Planning access routes to the base through Swan Gate along Golf Links Road for entrance.
5. Ensuring that all necessary passes and identification for contractor employees and vehicles are obtained prior to work commencement.
6. Compliance with random personnel and vehicle searches upon entry to the base.
7. Adherence to base traffic regulations and safety laws including OSHA standards.

The contract will be performed from March 18, 2025, for delivery until March 25, 2025, for pickup.
