David Grant Medical Center (DGMC) at Travis AFB, CA requires Audio Visual and System Upgrade for their Simulation Center. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) contains a comprehensive description of the requirement.

In addition, the attached Combined Synopsis Soliciation - DGMC Simulation Center Audio Visual and System Upgrade document is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and constitutes as the only solicitation, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Instruction to offerors are also provided within this document.

Background
The David Grant Medical Center (DGMC) at Travis Air Force Base (AFB), CA, is seeking to upgrade the Audio Visual (AV) system in their Simulation Center. This initiative aims to enhance training capabilities through improved AV technology. The contract will be established by the 60th Contracting Squadron and is intended for small businesses specializing in audio and video equipment manufacturing.

Work Details
The contractor shall upgrade, install, remove, and provide training on a complete Audio-Visual (AV) system. The scope of work includes replacing current AV equipment such as displays, microphones, speakers, cameras, controllers, switches, Video Graphics Array (VGA) & High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) drops, overhead speakers/microphones, monitors, and a recording/playback & storage operating system workstation.

Specific tasks include:
1. Providing all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and qualified personnel necessary for the AV system upgrade.
2. Delivering customer training for the operation of the fully functional AV system with a typed user guide that includes step-by-step instructions and graphics.
3. Installing an operating system software that controls live views and saves continuous recordings from installed cameras and microphones.
4. Removing existing AV equipment and returning it to the owner for disposal.
