PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT (DD-LA-(AR) 1279)

ARINC, 2551 Riva Road, Annapolis, Maryland was awarded a non-competitive, firm fixed price, single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for Datalink Services to provide certified and continuous flight safety services, Datalink messaging and voice communications with worldwide air traffic control agencies, and general data and voice for Government command and control agencies. The guaranteed minimum amount is $15,000.00 and will be satisfied through an initial task order awarded using Fiscal Year 2022 Operations and Maintenance funds. The total amount of all orders placed against the contract shall not exceed $205,062,956. Performance will be at various locations within the contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside CONUS, with the primary place of performance in Annapolis, MD. The period of performance consists of a six-year base period of October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2027 and two 2-year option periods of October 1, 2027 through September 30, 2029 and October 1, 2029 through September 30, 2031. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Scott AFB, Illinois, is the contracting activity.
