Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst (NAWCADLKE) is officially releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competitive basis. This effort is for the procurement of up to approximately 273 Data Bus Network Testers (DBNT) under North American Industry Classification System Code 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals.

NAWCADLKE intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Four (4) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

The full Solicitation SF1449 form "Solicitation N68335-20-R-0154" is attached to this notice.

In order to receive copies of the Statement of Work, System Specification, and Contract Data Requirements Lists, interested offerors must be U. S. DoD Contractors with an approved DD2345. The System Specifications and Statement of Work are export controlled. Interested offerors must provide the office point of contact identified below with a copy of their current, approved form DD2345, 'MILITARILY CRITICAL TECHNICAL DATA AGREEMENT'. Once received and current JCP certification verified by NAVAIR, the documents listed above will be transmitted to you from NAVAIR via the DoD Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) system, to the data custodian you have identified on the DD Form 2345. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), which can be accessed at www.sam.gov. Contractors must request the copies in writing from Mr. Domenick Davino at e-mail: domenick.davino@navy.mil.

The response date for proposal submission is 26 April 2021.
