Work Details
The contract involves supporting the Data Warehouse and SBA Tracking and Reporting System (STARS), which consolidates and enhances Disaster Credit Management System (DCMS) data. Key applications include DCMS 2.0, Disaster Loan Application Portal (DLAP), Electronic Loan Application (ELA), Loan Information and Reporting Application (LIRA), and Disaster Field Activity Report (DFAR) tool.

Chainbridge Technologies will manage data integration, ETL processing, and reporting using Azure services, Power BI, and SSRS. The system supports over 240 reports and 450 automated subscriptions for SBA personnel.
