Background
The 135th Intelligence Squadron, part of the National Guard Bureau, located in Martin State, MD, is seeking quotes for Data Wall equipment to be installed in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).
The goal of this contract is to enhance the audio-visual capabilities within designated rooms to support intelligence operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Install all necessary equipment to amplify voices and deliver sound and video from computers connected to both government and vendor furnished displays.
2. Furnish all required equipment, components, cabling, custom connection panels, installation hardware, materials, and enclosures for a complete system.
3. Provide project management and coordination throughout the installation process.
4. Deliver engineering services including submittals and system documentation.
5. Conduct system testing and commissioning according to industry standards.
6. Program control systems and archive final source code with interface graphics.
7. Offer on-site training services and manufacturer training as needed.
8. Supply close-out documentation including owner’s manuals and warranty details from the date of system acceptance by the owner.
9. Ensure protection and security of materials stored on site and maintain cleanliness by removing trash daily.

Bidders must meet the following requirements: Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA), possess or be eligible for a TOP SECRET facility clearance from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DSCA), and ensure that employees performing work have been granted a TOP SECRET security clearance along with a full scope polygraph from the Defense Industry Security Clearance Office.
