Data Software Services

Background
The solicitation is for Data Software Services (DSS) under the Request for Proposal FA8806-23-R-0001. It is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a five-year ordering period. The DSS will assist in delivering advanced warfighter capabilities by aggregating massive amounts of data from disparate sources and systems. The DSS will provide enterprise data storage and data management solutions capable of operating in secure environments and providing data products and advanced analytics to the broader space community.

Work Details
The scope of the effort includes providing Data-as-a-Service software for the duration of the Ordering Period. The Contractor shall field their software in government-approved environments, connect to and integrate data from government-identified data sources into the DaaS, and deliver a dynamic ontology to model data for use within internal or external applications. The technical requirements include data connection & ingestion, data quality assurance, technical support for installation and management of the software platform, product configuration/analytical views, user training and feedback sessions, accreditation support, and briefings and reporting.

Period of Performance
The ordering period is from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2028.
