Background
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking to establish a new data security platform solution to meet the needs of various stakeholder divisions and programs. This initiative aims to fulfill the FBI's mission by renewing existing software licenses and acquiring new software, training, and professional services necessary for a comprehensive data security platform.

The goal is to leverage best-of-breed components to create a flexible and effective solution that can adapt to evolving security needs.

Work Details
The contractor will be required to provide a data security platform enterprise solution that includes the following capabilities:
- Log aggregation, reporting, and real-time alerting
- Security monitoring compliance and investigative data analysis
- Security alerting and health monitoring
- Application performance monitoring
- Compliance with OMB Mandate M-21-31
- Cybersecurity measures
- Controls for auditing, access control, incident response, and system integrity
- Compliance with Executive Order 14028
- Event logging requirements including specific event types
- Knowledge sharing capabilities
- Roll-up capabilities
- Support for air-gapped environments
- Alert creation within a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution
- Dashboard creation
- Ad-hoc search functionalities.

Additionally, all products must comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.
