Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), through its Digital Health Office (DHO) and Office of Health Informatics (OHI), aims to enhance the quality of healthcare services provided to Veterans.

The contract focuses on supporting the Data Quality Program (DQP), which is responsible for monitoring and improving healthcare data quality within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This includes managing identity, governance, stewardship, and analytics related to data quality.

Work Details
The contractor will provide technical analysis and functional support for the Data Quality Program. Key tasks include:
1. Project Management - Monthly progress reports;
2. Guidance and recommendations on data quality issues;
3. Expertise in data quality identity management technology configuration, implementation, and analysis;
4. Development and review of business and technical documents;
5. Support for data governance and stewardship;
6. Development, modification, and validation of requirements and business rules;
7. Conducting data quality analytics;
8. Optional tasks related to informal and formal data quality analytics, business document reviews, technical document reviews, and addressing data quality issues.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is eleven (11) months for the base period with four (4) optional twelve (12) month periods.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations as specified by the VA.
