The purpose of this amendment is to answer the question below:
"For the Analyst and Data Scientist the Years of Education lists Masters or PhD and then Years of Experience shows 10 years, but then the Substitutions shows 5 years with a Masters is acceptable. Should that be 5 years with a PhD?"
The answer is Yes and the corrected spreadsheet has been included with this amendment.

Questions or comments pertaining to this RFP shall be submitted via email to the POC listed in this notice and in the solicitation no later than May 23, 2019 at 12:00 pm ET. Questions received after this date and time may not be considered. Questions sent to any other POC will not be considered.
