Background
The Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO) is seeking to acquire Auto-verification software for its Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service (PLMS) located in Fayetteville, AR. The goal of this acquisition is to enhance laboratory processes by allowing results that meet predefined parameters to be automatically released into the electronic health record (EHR), thereby improving efficiency and reducing the need for manual review by laboratory staff.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary components for Auto-verification capabilities, including:
- Production Software
- IM-CX-07: Instrument Manager Interface Connection with High Availability.
- IM-EU-07: End User Software Connection with HA/DR.
- IM-ODBC-07: Open Data Exchange Connection with HA/DR.
- IM-IN-01: Lab Intelligence for KPI visualization.
- GSA-IM-MRE-01: Manual Result Entry capability.
- GSA-IM-ELP: Light Pole Connection for audio/visual integration.

- Test Software
- IM-MRE-01-TEST: Manual Result Entry for Tests.

- Maintenance and Support
- CS-MAS-01: Instrument Manager Maintenance and Support.
- CS-MAS-01-TEST: Maintenance and Support for Test systems.

- Professional Services
- M-SVC-01-NAV6: Implementation Services for additional lab locations or instrument replacements. This includes project initiation, planning, resource allocation, and timeline development.

Period of Performance
The contract will require a commitment of five years for service and maintenance following the installation of the software and hardware.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks located in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
