This is a combined synopsis. solicitation for a commercial service prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6, Acquisition of Commerical Service, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additioanl information included in this notice. This annoucement constitiutes the only solicitation; proposals and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is 52800PR24ISD0027 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. This RFQ is for a more in-depth and detailed cleaning of the Enterprise Data Center (EDC) and Information Processing Nodes (IPN) located within C5ISC Alameda California located at 42 Eagle RD #21 Alameda CA 94501.

Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation requires regristration with the System for Award Managment (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted, excluding outlined in FAR 4.1102(a). Registration information can be found at http://www.sam.gov. UNIQUE ENTITY IDENTIFIER (UEI) NUMBER, FEDERAL TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER, AND CAGE CODE MUST BE INCLUDED.

The procurement is a Firm Fixed Price, total small business set-aside requirement, and the is associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The size standard for this NAICS is $47M. Product Service Code is: S201, Housekeeping - Janitoral Services. Only qualified offerors may submit bids.

The description of the requirment is required on behalf of United States Coast Guard (USCG), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence's Service Center (C5ISC) Infrastructure Services Division (ISD) Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) systems. Line item 0001: QTY - 1, UNIT - JB, DESCRIPTION - ALAMEDA DATA CENTER CLEANING SERVICE 1,300 Square Feet - Details provided in the Statement of Work (SOW) - attached via attachment 'ISD0027 - Statement of Work for Alameda CA.'

Period of Performance: Date of Award (DOA) - 90 Days

Set Aside: 100% Small Business Set-Aside

Service Contract Act Wage Determination # 2015-5623 applies.

The purchase order resulting from this RFQ will be issued as a FIRM-FIXED PRICE purchase order.

Evaluation: This Procurement will be awarded on the basis of Best Value: The Government will award a firm-fixed price task order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Factors that are being evaluated are as follows, in accordance of importance:

1. Price
2. Compliance with the solicitation requirements
3. Adherence to the specifications in the SOW
4. Availability to meet performance and completion dates listed in the SOW
