Data-Driven Decision Support of Naval CAD/PAD Energetics Service-Life Using Centrifuge Data Analytics

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD awarded contract number N0001922C0006 to Culmen International, LLC: 99 Canal Center PLZ STE 410, Alexandria, VA, 22314 to develop a process to automate the Service Life Extension (SLE) program and to utilize the CAD/PAD digital twin models to predict the remaining useful life of deployed CAD/PAD items.

This acquisition was pursued using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 35.016 Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) as Culmen's proposal was received in response to a NAVAIR Digital Department (NDD) Office-Wide BAA numbered N68335-21-S-0001. The purpose of this BAA was to identify Science and Technology (S & T) Projects which offered potential for advancements and improvements applicable to the digitization of NAVAIR assets.
