Data Analytics and Program Support (DAPS)

This is a Draft RFQ. This Draft Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required to guide the Data Analytics and Program Support for Implementation and Operationalization of Medicare Prescription Drug Provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act (DAPS) program. The Contractor shall provide services to assist the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in implementing and operationalizing certain provisions of H.R. 5376, referred to as the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) of 2022 (P.L. 117-169). The purpose of this effort is to assist CMS in implementing and operationalizing certain provisions of the IRA. Specifically, the Contractor shall assist with IRA activities related to project management, program support, negotiation, logistics, analytics and includes but is not limited to the following. The Contractor shall be involved with work related to the following tasks: - Project management; - Program and stakeholder support; - Meeting logistics and support; - Negotiation analytics and process support; - Selection and deselection of covered drugs; - Inflation rebate calculation and invoicing support; - Structuring a data repository; and - Identifying data sets/domains.
