In the body of the email, please include the following information for up to two (2) participants per company:

5. Confirmation (yes or no) whether the above information can be listed on an Interested Vendors List to be published to SAM.gov after the event.

A personalized Zoom Webinar link will be sent to each of the two participants prior to the event and will only be accessible by them, but more individuals from the company are permitted to physically or telephonically conference/listen in from their locations.

This is NOT a request for proposal. In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, this notice synopsizes the requirement for Technical and Analytical Support Services (TASS) to be performed at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), 675 N. Randolph Street, Arlington VA, 22203.

A virtual Industry Day is scheduled for Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at 2:00 PM Eastern. More detailed information is forthcoming and will be posted on SAM.gov.

A DRAFT Request for Proposals is attached for reference. Potential offerors may submit questions and other feedback ONLY to TASSIDIQRequirement@darpa.mil until 9:00 AM Eastern on Thursday, January 19, 2023. Questions may be consolidated, answered at the virtual Industry Day, posted on SAM.gov, or taken into consideration with any other feedback when revising the draft documents prior to final publication.

The contracting office is the DARPA Contracts Management Office (CMO). The Contracting Officer is Mary Beth Colavito.

The proposed solicitation number is HR001123R0001, with an anticipated closing response date of early March 2023. DARPA intends to award several (approximately seven (7)) multiple-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts under a single full and open competition using FAR Part 15 procedures.

Description of Requirement:

DARPA's mission is to create breakthrough technologies for national security by making pivotal investments in new technology-driven ideas for the United States. In order to fulfill this mission, DARPA relies upon support contractors to provide world-class customer service delivered by highly qualified professionals dedicated to the development, implementation, and maintenance of efficient and effective programs and services using teamwork to improve the work process; provide the highest quality customer service; and accomplish the tasks on time using initiative, innovation, and cost consciousness.

The DARPA-wide TASS contracts will be a centrally managed multiple-award Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) ID/IQ contract, with a combination of Fixed Price, Cost-Reimbursement, and Labor Hour task orders. The ID/IQ contracts will have a 5-year period of performance, anticipated award date in July 2023, anticipated start date in August 2023, and a combined ceiling of $1,250,000,000.

These centrally managed services contracts will provide support in the following areas: science, engineering, technical, administrative, financial management, acquisition, public affairs, congressional affairs, legislative affairs, military operational support, general counsel, and challenges/events.

The level of effort anticipated for this contract corresponds to the amount of research activity at DARPA. The Contractor shall be of the size, equity, and experience to manage the entire portfolio of services across several task orders. The Contractor shall have reach-back and/or inherent contractual capability to provide for rapid ad-hoc and high-quality support. The Agency has a small organic Government staff. This contract will require contractors to provide expertise and experience to accomplish a broad range of technical and analytical services.

NOTE: There are currently seven (7) DARPA-wide TASS IDIQ contract holders under contract numbers HR001118D0001, -0002, -0003, -0004, -0005, -0006, and -0007 expiring in August 2023.
