Description

In accordance with FAR 5.301, this post award synopsis is to announce the Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Completion Contract award that was made on 1/03/2023 to Apogee Research, LLC, of Arlington, Virginia, under Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) BAA HR001122S0014, for the DARPA Oversight Program. This BAA had a closing date for proposals of 11 April 2022 and awards issued against this BAA were executed using full and open competition pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 6.102(d)(2). The award was executed with incremental funding on CLINS 0001 in the amount of $4,305,061.00 but the total contract ceiling if all options are exercised will be $6,234,551.
