Description

In accordance with FAR 5.301, this post award synopsis is to announce the Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Completion Contract award that was made on 11/03/2022 to Peraton Labs, Inc., of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, under Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) BAA HR001121S0036, for the Learning Introspective Control (LINC) Program. This BAA had a closing date for proposals of 24 November 2021 and awards issued against this BAA were executed using full and open competition pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 6.102(d)(2). The award was executed with incremental funding on CLINS 0001 in the amount of $3,645,232.00 but the total contract ceiling if all options are exercised will be $9,340,202.
