DARPA International Government File Sharing Platform

Background
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is seeking information for IT services to develop and maintain a single file sharing platform. This platform will facilitate file sharing, software development, data manipulation, and real-time collaboration at the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level for DARPA and international allied nation government partners.
The goal of this project-specific effort is to enhance collaboration over a period of up to five years.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
1. Developing and maintaining a secure file sharing platform that supports real-time information and document sharing at the CUI level for DARPA and two additional international government research organizations, spanning multiple programs.
2. Supporting approximately 250 multi-user accounts from industry and government across three nations.
3. Providing on-demand IT support and sustainment, including modifications of the platform as needed and account development at the direction of DARPA.
4. Ensuring the platform protects Intellectual Property (IP) and CUI, including categories such as Controlled Technical Information (CTI), Operations Security (OPSEC), General Privacy (PRVCY), and Information Systems Vulnerability Information (ISVI).
5. Identifying current or prior contracts related to similar international CUI file sharing platforms developed in the past five years, detailing contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, periods of performance, Government POCs, and work responsibilities.
6. Demonstrating capabilities, qualifications, security clearances, technologies, existing platforms, and international relationships that facilitate quick deployment in compliance with relevant laws and regulations such as Authority to Operate (ATO) and DOD IT regulations.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance starts ASAP with a 12-month base period followed by four 12-month option periods.
