DANTES Military Training Evaluation Program   2

Background
The Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES) is issuing this solicitation for the Military Training Evaluation Program (MTEP). The goal of the contract is to evaluate military training courses and occupations, ensuring that they meet academic standards and can be recognized for college credit. This program aims to enhance the educational opportunities available to military personnel by aligning military training with post-secondary education frameworks.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Conducting annual review schedule support and readiness.
- Performing subject matter expert reviews of course materials in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
- Conducting occupational reviews at Government learning center locations.
- Managing a digital catalogue, data transmittal, and data exchanges.
- Providing customer support to stakeholders.
- Facilitating travel as required by the Performance Work Statement.

Specific deliverables include:
1. Pre-Evaluation Preparation: 10 months of support.
2. Evaluation Events (Courses): 225 evaluations.
3. Evaluation Events (Courses - US Coast Guard): 30 evaluations.
4. Evaluation Events (Occupations): 10 evaluations.
5. Evaluation Events (Occupations - US Coast Guard): 4 evaluations.
6. Evaluation Events (Community): 10 evaluations.
7. Data Systems Management: 10 months of management services.
8. Customer Support: 10 months of support services.
9. Travel: Time and Materials basis for travel expenses.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from June 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, inclusive of transition activities, with options for additional years extending through March 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be at DANTES headquarters located at 6490 Saufley Field Road, Pensacola, FL 32509.
