Daikin Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Unit Services and Extended Warranty

Background
This contract is issued by Fort Campbell, Kentucky, to provide non-personal services for Preventative Maintenance and Services for approximately 19 Daikin conditioned air systems across 13 buildings.

The contractor will also provide an extended warranty for three Daikin 600-Ton, Centrifugal Water-Cooled chillers located at the Central Energy Plant (Bldg. 3902). The existing warranty and maintenance contract for these chillers is set to expire in December 2025.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational efficiency and reliability of HVAC systems at Fort Campbell.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
- Provide preventative maintenance and services for 19 Daikin conditioned air systems, including all inspections detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Extend the comprehensive parts and labor warranty for three Daikin WME Magnetic Bearing chillers over a five-year ordering period.
- Conduct annual service in April to prepare chillers for the cooling season, plus three scheduled inspections throughout the year.
- Respond to emergency service calls within four hours during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 0800 to 1700 CT), excluding federal holidays.
- Provide on-call services for unscheduled repairs and maintenance as needed, including labor time and materials for repairs.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year ordering period starting from the date of award.

The work will be conducted at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
