Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs Nebraska-Northwest Iowa (NWI) is seeking a contractor to provide a 1-year Software Maintenance with coverage for the Rauland Responder 5 Nurse Call software. The maintenance period begins on the date of award and ends on 09/30/2024. The support is for systems already installed and licensed at the Omaha and Grand Island VA Medical Center and the Papillion VA CLC. The contractor is expected to cover all patch installation, bug fixes, software updates, site licensing, updates, patches, and provide technical support available to the general public.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a 1-year Software Maintenance with coverage as commercially available to other Rauland Responder 5 system owners. The SMA shall cover all patch installation, bug fixes and software updates for the Rauland Responder 5 Nurse Call software (currently version T17) located at the Omaha and Grand Island VA Medical Center and the Papillion VA CLC.
This support is for systems that are already installed and licensed.
Do NOT include: training, installation, or equipment modifications.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from the date of award until 09/30/2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Omaha and Grand Island VA Medical Center and the Papillion VA CLC in the USA.
