Background
The Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHCS) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive service and support for the Data Innovations Server Software Application. This software is critical due to its complexity and clinical importance, requiring proprietary interfaces supported by technology licenses that VASNHCS cannot provide.

The goal of the contract is to ensure that the Data Innovations Server Software Application is maintained to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, technology licenses, and services necessary for maintaining the Data Innovations Server Software Application at VASNHCS. Specific tasks include:

1. Service Technician Personnel: All service-related activities must be performed by technicians certified by Data Innovations.
2. Service Hours: Maintenance services must be coordinated with the Laboratory Chief or their designee, as the laboratory operates 24/7.
3. Service Reports: The contractor must provide written service reports detailing repairs and maintenance within five days after service completion.
4. Software Support: The contractor shall supply technology licenses for both Production and Test Servers and support their interfaces.
5. Remote Diagnostics: Evidence of capability to perform remote diagnostics using OEM authorized software is required.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract spans from March 1, 2025, through February 28, 2030, including multiple option years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System Medical Center located at 6900 N Pecos Rd North Las Vegas, NV 89086.
