Rauland Responder 5 Nurse Call System Application Maintenance and Support Services (VA-25-00020517)

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OIT), South Texas Veterans Healthcare System aims to provide high-quality, effective, and efficient Information Technology (IT) services to support the care of Veterans. This contract is intended to ensure the maintenance and support of the Rauland Responder 5 Nurse Call System software, which is critical for the operational efficiency of healthcare services provided to Veterans.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide an annual software support and maintenance contract for the Rauland Responder 5 Software. This includes:
- A lump sum for labor, parts, and repairs related to equipment such as call lights, nurse stations, and wiring associated with the Rauland Responder 5 system.
- Technical support and assistance must be available within 1 hour of a telephone request for troubleshooting assistance, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Services will cover proprietary reporting, assignment, and interface software located at the Audie L. Murphy Memorial Veterans Hospital in San Antonio, Texas.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes one (1) 12-month base period from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 and four (4) additional option periods each lasting 12 months.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations within the South Texas Veterans Health Care System including:
- Audie L. Murphy Memorial Veterans Hospital;
- Datapoint Cir;
- Fisher House;
- VA Villa Serena Building;
- North West San Antonio Clinic;
- Shavano Park VA Clinic;
- Plaza Lacea;
- Balcones Heights VA Clinic;
- South Bexar County VA Clinic;
- North Central Federal Clinic;
- Aurora Cancer Center.
