NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 4, 1010 Delafield Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15215-1802, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to Document Storage Systems, Inc for the provision of a brand-name only software platform licensing, analytics, maintenance, and technical support for the Government-owned DSS Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104-4551. The proposed services will occur over the Base plus Four Option Years and provides the following items for each year: 1. DSS VistA integrated LiveData PeriOp Manager Large (6-9 Operating Rooms), Annual Maintenance: 2. DSS VistA Integrated LiveData PeriOp Manager Performance analytics ADD ON, Perpetual License Annual Maintenance and Support; 3. DSS ADHOC Premium Application Workflow Support - Remote, per facility annual fee; 4. Customer Workflow/Support Engagements per hour; and 5. Travel Per Diem Expenses, per person per week. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the procedures in accordance with Limited Source Justification FAR 8.4. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541512 with a small business size standard of $34.0 Million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Responsible sources may identify their interest by submitting capability information by 5:30 P.M., EST, on Monday, July 15, 2024, in order to establish the ability of the source to meet this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification.
