DSS Periop Licenses, Maintenance and Support POP 8/22/25-8/21/2026

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19, is seeking to procure maintenance and support services for the Document Storage Solutions Inc. (DSS) LiveData Periop system across various VA facilities in VISN 19. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational efficiency and reliability of the DSS Periop system, which is critical for managing perioperative data and analytics in healthcare settings.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive maintenance and support for the DSS LiveData Periop system at the following VA facilities:

- Oklahoma City VA Medical Center
- Muskogee VA Medical Center
- Grand Junction VA Medical Center
- Fort Harrison/Billings VA Medical Center
- Cheyenne VA Medical Center
- Salt Lake City VA Medical Center.

Specific tasks include:
- Providing bug fixes and minor release upgrades for PeriOp Planner, PeriOp Manager, and PeriOp Analytics.
- Offering phone support from Monday to Friday between 8 AM - 7 PM.
- Delivering 24x7x365 technical support.
- Supplying remote application support and on-site support as necessary to resolve hardware/software issues.
- Providing on-site customer workflow support as needed.
- Conducting training for new medical staff as required.
- Furnishing all spare and replacement parts necessary for servicing the equipment.
- Supplying tools, test equipment, service manuals, or service diagnostic software.
- Ensuring all service/repairs are performed during normal hours unless otherwise approved by the Biomedical Engineer. Hardware/software updates/upgrade installations will be scheduled outside normal hours at no additional charge unless detrimental to equipment uptime.
- Meeting specified response times for various priority levels as outlined in Table 1 of the SOW.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is five years (60 months), estimated from August 22, 2025, to August 21, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at multiple VISN 19 sites including:
1. Salt Lake VA Health Care System, Salt Lake City, UT
2. Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, Oklahoma City, OK
3. Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System, Muskogee, OK
4. Grand Junction Veterans Health Care System, Grand Junction, CO
5. Montana VA Health Care System, Fort Harrison, MT
6. Cheyenne VA Medical Center, Cheyenne, WY
