Notice Update on Prior Sources Sought Notice 36C10B24Q0635 REQUIREMENT: VA is seeking qualified vendors to provide and maintain a brand name iMedConsent Web or equal solution - Enterprise Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) cloud-based signature informed consent solution capable of documenting signature informed consent for treatments and procedures, advance directives, and other VA Forms, for all clinical specialties at all of VHA s 150 medical facilities located in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Philippines. In addition, the requirement includes project management, operations and maintenance support, and computer-based training for the proposed Informed Consent Web solution. All interested parties are notified that VA intends to solicit the above requirement via the System for Award Management s Contracting Opportunities page as full-and-open brand name iMedConsent Web or equal COTS solution. VA intends to post this solicitation within the next 30 days.

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking qualified vendors to support its mission of providing comprehensive healthcare services to veterans. The goal of this contract is to develop and maintain a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Informed Consent Web Solution that will facilitate the documentation of informed consent for various treatments and procedures across all clinical specialties within the VA's 150 medical facilities located throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Philippines.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing and maintaining a COTS Informed Consent Web Solution that includes:
- Documenting signature informed consent for treatments and procedures.
- Managing advance directives and other VA Forms.
- Supporting all clinical specialties across VHA's medical facilities.
- Providing project management services.
- Offering operations and maintenance support for the web solution.
- Delivering computer-based training related to the Informed Consent Web solution.
