Background
The White River Junction VA Medical Center, part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is seeking to procure SimpleK™ Key Management Software to enhance their key management processes.

The goal of this contract is to automate the tracking of key issuance, assignment, renewal, and return, thereby improving accountability and compliance with VA physical security standards.

Work Details
The contractor will provide SimpleK™ Key Management Software, specifically the Enterprise Edition licenses, which include:
- Five (5) concurrent user licenses.
- A one-year Updates & Support Plan covering all updates to new versions and technical support via virtual, phone, and email channels.
- Additional modules including a Mobile Applications add-on Module and a Web Interface add-on Module.
- A 12-hour white-glove Implementation Service for consulting during the implementation process, data loading, configuration, documentation, and virtual training.

The software must support integration with external databases and directory services, provide comprehensive key management features including master key system design and control, and allow for configurable user roles and access controls.

The contractor must also ensure that the system supports real-time audit trails and reporting capabilities.

Bidder Requirements
