VISN 4 Follow-on Censitrac Subscriptions and Support   2

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation as a sole source to Censis Technologies, Inc. The contract aims to provide follow-on subscriptions and support for the CensiTrac system within the Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 4. The goal is to ensure continued access to essential software services that support the VA's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services under this contract:
1. Subscription for Instrument Trac across all sites (Quantity: 9).
2. Renewal of Censitrac GOV Cloud Server subscriptions across all sites (Quantity: 9).
3. Renewal of Service + ScopeTrac Stand Advanced subscriptions for specific sites including Erie, Wilmington, Philadelphia, Altoona, Lebanon, Wilkes Barre, and Pittsburgh (Quantity: 7).
4. Renewal of LoanerLink subscriptions for sites in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Lebanon (Quantity: 3).
5. Maintenance and technical support services including software updates, enhancements, and corrections as well as telephone support at no additional cost. All services must comply with VA security and privacy regulations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base contract is from December 6, 2025 to December 5, 2026, with two optional extension periods of one year each.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations within the United States as specified in the schedule of supplies/services.
