This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Environmental Monitoring Real Time Location System (RTLS) Maintenance and Sustainment for all VA Medical Centers throughout VISN 1. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) using personnel, supervision, labor, equipment, materials and FAR Part 13 Procedures. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, labor, equipment, materials and disposal needed to provide the items and services listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Any questions shall be emailed to Chelsea.smith2@va.gov no later than December 19, 2022. Quotes shall follow instructions in FAR 52.212-1 and evaluation criteria in FAR 52.212-2. Pricing shall be identified in the Price/Cost Schedule. Note any additional line items added. All quotes shall be emailed to chelsea.smith2@va.gov. Quotes are due no later than 3:00PM Monday December 26, 2022. Any quote not compliant with the RFQ will not be considered.
Background
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Environmental Monitoring Real Time Location System (RTLS) Maintenance and Sustainment throughout all locations within VISN 01. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price blanket purchase agreement (BPA) using Part 13 Procedures. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, labor, equipment, materials and disposal needed to provide the items and services listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The BPA holder shall furnish all the necessary qualified personnel, materials, facilities and management resources to furnish the services set forth in the Statement of Objectives (SOO) or the Performance Work Statement (PWS) within the terms specified and at the price(s) stated. It is understood and agreed that the BPA holder shall provide Fixed-Price proposals when requested by the CO. The contractor's proposal shall be priced using labor rates and labor categories here in provided. The CO will issue Fixed Priced Orders upon completion of negotiations of contractor proposals.

Period of Performance
This BPA expires on or such later ending date as determined by the exercise of any option.
