iFAMS Hosting Management Services and Helpdesk Support

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source contract to zCore Group, LLC., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This acquisition is authorized under 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(5), which allows for other than full and open competition. The contract aims to provide Hosting Management Services and Helpdesk Support for the VA Integrated Financial and Acquisitions Management System (iFAMS), which is essential for modernizing the VA's financial and acquisition processes.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Hosting Management Services and Helpdesk support for the iFAMS, which includes:

- Operating, monitoring, and managing iFAMS;
- Performing preventative, corrective, and adaptive maintenance;
- Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support;
- Executing approved changes;
- Supporting security compliance;
- Maintaining operational documentation;
- Ensuring system availability and performance.

Specific tasks include project management, conducting a kickoff meeting, delivering weekly status reports, staffing/resource planning, monthly program management reviews, and ensuring compliance with various federal regulations related to information security.

Period of Performance
From the date of award through August 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
Tasks will be performed at both Government and Contractor facilities in Eatontown, NJ.
