The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center s award of a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to Knowledge Factor, Inc., 4775 Walnut Street, Suite 210, Boulder, Colorado 80301 for the procurement of the brand name Amplifire adaptive e-learning software platform for the VA Board of Appeals Professional Development Division (PDD).Please see attached Justification for other than full and open competition. This contract includes a base period of performance of 12 months, and includes two 12 month option periods, if exercised.
