Background
The Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) Office of Community Care (OCC), Revenue Operations (RO), eBusiness Solutions Office seeks to establish a contract with a Health Care Clearing House (HCCH) to enhance transaction connectivity and reduce processing time for VHA revenue operations, supporting electronic transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide support for all current electronic transactions across the United States and its territories, assisting VHA in implementing electronic transactions and printing standard claim forms when necessary.

Tasks include providing an Activation Transition Plan, processing transactions at estimated annual volumes, invoicing monthly, establishing reconciliation and production failure protocols, coordinating system changes, and providing operational support.

Deliverables include reconciliation reports, production failure notifications, a Production Communication Plan, notification of system changes, and dedicated functional area resources.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base ordering period of 60 months from April 29, 2021 to April 28, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed across the United States and its territories.
