Award was made to STS Systems Integration. Total contract value is $77,638,023.46. Evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP stated that the Government intended to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal represented the best value after evaluation in accordance with the factors in the solicitation. Non-price was considered more important than cost/price. The non-price factors were Past Performance, Management Approach and Performance Approach. Past Performance, Management Approach and Performance Approach are of equal importance. STS Systems Integration submitted a proposal that represented the best value to the Government after evaluation in accordance with the Request for Proposal.
