VMWare Support for OIT   2

Background
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is seeking to engage VMware Broadcom Professional Services to supply Resident Consulting Services for the Office of Information Technology (OIT). This contract aims to provide support for VMware infrastructure and address issues within the Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) environment. The services will be provided on a time and materials basis, with a focus on enhancing the operational capabilities of the BIA's IT infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Professional Services needed in support of VMware infrastructure, issue resolution, and application automation of SDDC. The scope includes:
- Resident Senior Consultant (1760 hours): Responsible for deep technical experience in VMware technology including NSX and VCF.
- Resident Senior Consultant (480 hours): Focused on VRA and VCF technologies.
- Resident Consulting Architect (528 hours): Involves assessment, design, and architecture experience with VCF, VRA, VRNI, VRL.
- Resident Senior Project Manager (528 hours): Collaborates with Federal personnel to ensure project success through planning and execution leveraging VMware best practices.
- Two Technical Adoption Managers (TAM): Assist with success planning and technology assessments.

Period of Performance
Base Year: 01/21/2025 to 01/20/2026; Option Year 1: 01/21/2026 to 01/20/2027; Option Year 2: 01/21/2027 to 01/20/2028; Option Year 3: 01/21/2028 to 01/20/2029; Option Year 4: 01/21/2029 to 01/20/2030.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the facility located at 1011 Indian School Road NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104 or at a remote location approved by the government.
